New production method of photobioreactors
Until now, pipes have traditionally been manufactured in factories and cut into transportable lengths. These are then packed and taken to the installation site of the reactor. There they are connected to 50 or 100 meter long subsegments with the help of connecting elements. Algoliner revolutionized this method.

Through the combining of standard parts, we offer a wide variety of concepts, using the same components.
All components are CIP-capable (Cleaning in Place) and allow pig cleaning.
The core element for CIP cleaning are our aseptic flanges, similar to those commonly used in the food industry (DIN 11846).
