• 32 000 connecting elements (approx. 7 € each = 224 000 €)

• 62 000 kg of raw material (each approx. 3.2 € = € 198 400 €)

• Due to the better bundling and the suspension of the profiles, only 520 posts are required instead of 3077 posts. Savings estimated at 150 000 €

• Packaging of 36 360 tubes (= 153 wooden boxes at 6m length each) Estimated savings: 30 000 €

• Transport of 153 wooden boxes with a total weight of 131 750 kg (= 13 40" containers) Estimated savings 39 000 €

Total material and transport savings: > 641 000 €

In addition, there are significant savings in assembly costs as many work steps, such as assembling the pipe elements, are omitted.
