Scalable systems for commercial microalgae production
The IndustryLine™ is designed for the large-scale commercial cultivation of microalgae. For system volumes starting at approximately 2,500 liters, photobioreactors are custom-engineered for specific projects, combining high productivity, user-friendly process control, and economic scalability.

The IndustryLine™ combines high productivity with user-friendly process control and a highly efficient system design. On-site production of the tubular profiles results in long, continuous pipe runs with a wall thickness of only about 1 mm and minimal conventional connectors. This significantly reduces material usage, installation effort, and investment costs compared to conventional photobioreactors.
Intelligent hygiene concept with the goal of asepsis
Aseptic flanges enable the mechanical cleaning of pipe sections using pigs. This allows for excellent cleaning results to be achieved without having to regularly interrupt cultivation for time-consuming chemical cleaning processes.
Greater space efficiency thanks to suspended tubular profiles
The suspended tubular profiles allow for efficient force distribution, reduce the need for support structures, and enable multiple tubular profiles to be arranged on a single level. This results in a particularly high reactor volume per square meter—a decisive advantage over conventional fence systems.

A key component of the IndustryLine is the material used: PMMA. It remains UV-stable for over 30 years, thereby enabling an exceptionally long service life and contributing to a lifecycle well exceeding 20 years. At the same time, PMMA is highly recyclable—both mechanically and chemically—and can be converted back into its monomer at the end of its service life. This ensures that the circular economy is factored in from the very beginning, fostering sustainable production that is not only efficient but also future-proof.

Each IndustryLine custom unit is a production system individually designed for industrial microalgae cultivation, starting at a capacity of approximately 2,500 liters. Since systems of this scale always depend on the location, process management, target organism, and production objective, every system is planned and implemented on a project-specific basis.
