The next step towards industrial production
The PilotLine bridges the gap between the laboratory and industrial production. With reactor volumes of up to 2,500 liters, it enables the validation of cultivation processes under realistic conditions and lays the foundation for reliable scale-up.
Industrial technology at pilot scale
The helically arranged reactors are based on the same technology as our IndustrialLine systems. UV-resistant PMMA tubes manufactured in-house, fully transparent cultivation vessels, and high-quality aluminum frames ensure optimal light yield, high process reliability, and a long service life.
All systems are equipped with aseptic flanges, industrial sensors, and a high-performance PLC control system. Optional, spectrally adjustable LED lighting allows for the precise adaptation of light conditions to different cultures.
The modular design enables flexible customization of sensors, controls, and peripheral equipment to meet specific process requirements.
PilotLine 700™
A compact pilot reactor system for scale-up and validation projects. The length of the solar collector corresponds to the pipe section between two O₂ degassing or CO₂ gassing points in our IndustrialLine systems, thereby enabling realistic process conditions at pilot scale.
